  1. ForgePoint 1.1.0 - HOTFIX

    v1.1.027 April 2026

    HOTFIX Update to update modules that would throw an Unhandled UI-thread exception

    • Added support for Zafira A, Mokka and Insignia B 2018 to 2021 BCM.
    • Added a pop up dialog for language changes. Restart to take full effect.
  2. ForgePoint 1.0 - Out of Alpha with over 300 bug fixes and improvements. Rewrote from scratch for better performance and programming.

    vBETA 1.025 April 2026

    ForgePoint is now officially out of ALPHA. ForgePoint 1.0 - Build Magnum is the first official BETA release for us. 1.0 brings you over 300 bug fixes and improvements. With the most important being a completely new J2534 Communication Engine ensuring devices such as SM2, Mongoose and GoDiag now fully work inside of ForgePoint. Below you can see a list of all of the fixes with this version.

    • New J2534 Communication Engine - now FULL SUPPORT for SM2, Mongoose, GoDiag and other J2534 Devices
    • New Logging Engine - Allows for more information to be stored so that we and you can understand better what is happening
    • 311 counted software bugs fixed - From UI, to general performance across devices, and crash causing bugs are now fixed, bringing much more stability to ForgePoint
    • Early support for TCM modules for the Astra J - Allowing for changing of VIN and read, reading module information and reading/clearing DTCs
    • Support for Mokka and Mokka X IPCs for VIN reading/writing, pairing to BCM, editing DIDs. No SKC reading/writing support yet.
    • Fixed issues with VIN writing for GM AC Delco E78 ECM
    • Added complete language support for: Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovenian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian. Support for the Turkish language coming soon.
    • Added Brake Sensor Relearn function for BCMs. Experimental feature, please send logs if not working at hello@fwlabs.co.uk
    • Complete UI overhaul with more consistency and ease of use throughout ForgePoint
