Credits.Core functions of the Software are metered using a virtual in-application token known as "Credits." Credits have no cash value outside the Software, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and do not constitute electronic money or a claim against a payment institution.
Pricing and purchase.Prices for Credits are shown in-app at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Credits already bought. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe Payments UK, Limited. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Immediate supply and waiver of the 14-day cancellation right.Credits are supplied as digital content. By completing a purchase and receiving the Credits immediately in your account, you expressly:
- request that we begin the supply of the digital content immediately; and
- acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
This confirmation is collected as part of the purchase flow.
No refunds.All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Once Credits have been added to your account, we will not issue refunds for:
- Credits you later decide you do not want or no longer need;
- Credits deducted by operations you authorised within the Software;
- Credits remaining on your account at termination, suspension, or account closure (whether initiated by you or by us under clause 9);
- Credits which are forfeited under clause 3 for account sharing or under clause 9 for breach; or
- Credits affected by issues outside our reasonable control, including connectivity problems between your device and the vehicle, vehicle condition, hardware interfaces, or network outages at your premises.
Your statutory rights.The clause above does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to the extent that digital content supplied by us is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. If you believe an operation failed solely because of a defect in the Software itself on a vehicle we officially list as supported, you may contact us at hello@fwlabs.co.uk and we will investigate. Where we are satisfied that the failure was caused by a defect in the Software (and not by vehicle condition, user input, hardware, network, or other external factors) we may, at our discretion, restore the affected Credits to your account as a goodwill gesture. Restoring Credits in this way is our sole remedy in such cases and is offered without admission of liability.
Chargebacks.Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer in respect of Credits that have been supplied (rather than contacting us first at hello@fwlabs.co.uk) is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account.
