Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC)
Understanding the differences between IPC variants, and knowing which one you have is important for successfull programming. Each IPC is different, and programming for one cluster will not work for all.
UDB Cluster

USED IN: Astra J, Insignia A PF, Zafira C. 2009 to 2014
Used in very low specification Opel / Vauxhall models. Small screen with basic functionality and viewing pages.
UDC Cluster

USED IN: Astra J, Insignia A PF, Zafira C, Chevy Cruze, Malibu, Mokka, Verano, Regal. 2009 to 2016
Bigger LCD display with more pages and customisation options. Most common cluster in Opel / Vauxhall models from 2009-2016.
UDD Cluster

USED IN: Insignia A Facelift, Insignia B, Astra K, Grandland X, Crossland X. 2014 to 2018
4 inch LCD display with additional features, such as maps, compass, phone and more. Found in mid to high trim levels.
UHS Cluster

USED IN: Insignia A Facelift, Buick Regal. 2014 to 2018
8 Inch Digital cluster, similar in functionality to UDD Cluster but more options and better graphics. Used from 2014 to 2018.
UHS Cluster 2018+

USED IN: Insignia B, Buick Regal 2018+. Used in higher trim levels from 2018 onwards.
Improved UHS Cluster from the first version. More processing power, new communication protocols with HMI and radio units. Newer graphics and options to display.
UDV Cluster

USED IN: Cadillacs and higher end models. 2016 to 2020
Fully digital 12 inch digital cluster with advanced graphics and multiple layouts. Used in premium models with high-end features.
Important
Always verify the IPC you are programming for, ensuring it closely matches the ones above. Mismatched IPC programming WILL result in errors, or even workse, bricking.
